This is all I wanted for my birthday! (He found this treasure the night before his birthday in Poppy's work area in the basement. It is the attachment for a paint stirrer. Noah kept saying before he went to his last bedtime as a 3 year old "All I want for my birthday is that yellow spinner." It spins like a top! Poppy gave it to him as he was finishing up his gifts. He was THRILLED!)

Fourth of July 2008

On the 4th of July we went to the Bowie Baysox's game with LHC. We had a great time even though it rained and there were several rain delays. And the Baysox's WON!! The fireworks display started an hour later than planned, but was well worth the wait! There are no pictures, however, because during one of rain delays the camera slid off of my lap and broke! Enjoy the pictures taken before I was clumsy =)

Homeschool Co-Op Graduation Party 2008

At the end of June we finished of the co-op school year with a swim party at our house. It was alot of fun! We grilled hamburgers and hotdogs and finished the day with some icecream! The kiddos even got promotion certificates, which I did not get pictures of, unfortunately.

Customer Appreciation Carnival at CFA

To end their week of Customer Appreciation our local CFA hosted a free carnival on Saturday, June 21. They had pony rides, a moon bounce and face painting. Along with a game where you could win free food prizes. We won three sodas and an order of mini cinnamon buns! At the end of the carnival the Cow climbed to the top of a fire truck ladder and shot cows on parachutes off of it. One cow had a tag that read "FREE Chick-Fil-A for a YEAR!"! We did not catch that one, but had lots of fun anyway.
