After we attended our church's Christmas Eve service, we came home and opened our traditional one gift of Christmas Eve. Then we did our Adornament and read 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. Kari and Noah set out some milk and cookies for Santa and a few a carrots for the reindeer. Kari wrote Santa's note herself this year!

The kiddos woke up at 7:45 AM to open presents and start the day. We were very thanksful that we got to sleep in a little bit.

Devin and Cody arrived at 3:30 PM. After an adventure at the airport with Maryland's finest (another blog entry for another time...maybe), we headed to the house to open gifts.

Dan's gift to Devin. He painted and decorated a box and filled it with a dino t-shirt and a hamburger phone (just like in Juno)

We went to the Hendrickson's house for dinner. It was delicious! We stayed and watched Horton Hears a Who after we had coffee and dessert.
